I did a literacy lesson with kg1 students. The lesson letter sound of a, d, g, i, m, n, o, p, s, t. This was the outcome for the lesson “KLLK2: Recognize the sequence of letters in words.”
Describe (D):
The lesson was for Kg1 students in the class. In the class, I tried to let them identify the sound of the letter a, d, g, I, m, n, o, p, s, t. In this lesson, I want to manage the student. In the circle, the students engaged with me. In the activity engagement, they didn’t understand the activity in the beginning. After, I repeat it they understood. In activity time the student engaged in the activity put in the computer center they struggle.
Analyze (A):
They didn’t understand the activity engagement because they think that I will say the sound and they have to come and point on any letters. I showed them how to paly then they understand. The students often don't use the computer in the classroom, just Arabic teacher play some videos for them. I teach them how to use the mouse so they can do the activity. A student already takes letters before so the idea of a lesson not new. The students engaged because of the activities.
Appraise (A):
I like the lesson and the active engagement. Usually, we sit and listen to the teacher put you let us move. Using computer was hard to we put we will learn. The entire students were in the green light no one was in the yellow or red.
Transform (T):
Make sure of their ability to do the activity because they might struggle in. Next time, I will try to use the song of the sound song in the beginning.
