Comments

She has to introduce the lesson for example, ask them about the animal that they have in the farm.

Reflections on Observation Task 3: Teaching Shared/Guided Reading

Which concepts about print (CAP), phonological awareness, letter knowledge and or phonics did the teacher focus on?

She didn’t focus on any concepts. She didn't do any concept. If I was the teacher i will link the story with letter D. The teacher can ask them " what is the first sound we hear" in the word duck. The the teacher help the students to form the letter d.

Were there any initial/medial/final sounds, punctuation, sight words or word families that were covered during the lesson?  If they were, select (a); if they were not, select (b). Provide one (1) activity example of how initial/medial/final sounds, punctuation, sight words or word families could have been could have been covered during the lesson.

I will do a share reading plan so I will make sure that I coverd all this skills every day.
